She has acquired significant experience in business management, market research, market planning, design development, business & project planning and web design & development.
Graham Glynn

Graham’s background is in professional web design, marketing and training and has been working in the IT industry for over 11 years. With a keen sense for good usability in web design, together with strong copy writing skills, Graham enjoys writing for the web and the challenge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) with the reward of getting a website to number 1 in Google!
Graham has well-developed communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels of computer literacy which is of great benefit to him as a trainer within OSD.
Marie Harkin
Creative Director
Marie has been working in the IT industry for over 15 years and during that time has amassed a broad range of skills, including website usability & accessibility, SEO search engine optimisation, Google Analytics, Social Media marketing, Email Marketing, Google AdWords, etc.
Marie is passionate about the web and new technologies available, and she strives to make the experience of using those applications easy and engaging.
Marie also specialises in design & branding consultation, graphic manipulation and web design. Her previous work experience has included a post as web developer for WWW Communications Ltd Sligo and has also been employed by LAKE Communications International as a Web Developer.
Victor Leonard
Technical Director
Victor has over 16 years experience in Internet development specialising in the analysis, design and development of client applications for the Internet or Intranet with a web based, user friendly front-end, that can be connected to more powerful informational back-end systems.
Victor embraces the internet as part of life for its freedom, interconnectivity and mobility of both information and systems and constantly strives for a better user experience, integrating systems and mobile technology.
Previous projects include developing a fully functional online application for a US firm specialising in Internet communications solutions for the medical industry, also researching electronic commerce projects including shopping carts, commerce servers, card authorisation networks etc.
Before joining OSD, Victor worked for LAKE Communications on Integrated Voice & Data Solutions (developing and programming embedded systems for PABXs and Routers) for SME's.
Mark Mc Cullagh
Software Analyst & Developer
Mark graduated with a degree in Software Development from the Institute of Technology, Sligo in June 2008 and joined the development team of OSD in December 2008.
Mark specialises in the development and customisation of websites and web applications, his creative technical approach helps to solve all manner of challanges from the design team. Mark also continually updates his skill base with a number of programming specific online courses on web applications and languages such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, etc.
Eirin O' Connor

Eirin joined the team in June 2010. Eirin maintains the services and ensures client expectations are met therefore guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Eirin endeavours to build relationships with OSD clients and to ensure all projects remain on track through ongoing communication. Consequently all stake holders are aware of operational timelines, project management and performance procedures. Éirin has an in-depth knowledge of the client and services she is managing. She manages projects and programs in a professional manner and is able to plan strategically.
